Road Safety At Work – Prince Rupert

Road Safety At Work is hosting a 4 hour workshop to improve the safety of your employees who drive for work.

Workshop Description

This interactive session will explain what safety culture is and how it influences safety performance.

Participants will engage in discussions and practical activities to learn what they can do – individually and collectively – to build a more robust road safety culture in their organization.

The presentation examines the components of safety climate and safety culture as well as the relationships among them, most importantly the interactions between safety culture and performance. Participants will learn how all employees can contribute to a safety “fabric” that acts to prevent motor vehicle crashes and the associated losses. Participants will explore how they can apply those ideas in individual and group exercises.
