AgSafe Safety Advisors have visited Valleybrook Gardens often over the past few years, offering training and consulting services. It’s during these visits that the implementation and growth of the safety program can be clearly seen. Not only are written policies and procedures developed, they are relevant to the job environment and implemented thoroughly.

The health and safety committee is proactive and offers a unique sense of enthusiasm, which brings the safety program to life and encourages supervisors and workers to get involved.
