Ansah attended Trinity Western University from 2017-2023, whilst there she competed on the schools varsity volleyball team. She graduated with a degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources and Leadership and Management. Ansah joined AgSafe as a summer student in 2022 and transitioned into the roll of COR Program Assistant in 2023.

Although her experience is mostly in Human Resources, she has enjoyed learning about Health and Safety in the Agricultural Sector. She is excited to work along side COR Program Manager, Stephanie, and assist with getting more employers COR certified.
