After immigrating from a small town in Switzerland, Rebecca spent 6 years at a large ranch where she came to love the ranching way of life.

While operating a welding company with her husband and son, she spent 8 years managing a large organic cow/calf operation near Lillooet. Rebecca gained valuable experience with the Safety Committee and ran all aspects of safety for the ranch.

The wildfires of 2017 and 2021 gave Rebecca a strong desire to be part of safety in the ranching world, and to work to ensure worker’s well-being while preserving the ranching heritage. She is an active 4H leader, professionally trains and breeds hunting dogs, and enjoys spending time with her family.
