AgSafe's Board of Directors is comprised of five industry representatives and a non-affiliated chairperson.

AgSafe's Executive Director and representatives from the Prevention Services Division (OHS Consultation and Education Services) of WorkSafeBC participate in meetings on a consultative, non-voting basis.
