Bullying and Harassment
(Sometimes also referred to as Respect in the Workplace)
What is Bullying and Harassment?
Behaviour that humiliates or intimidates. It can come from co-workers, supervisors, employers, or external sources.
Employers must show that they are providing a workplace that is free of abuse by providing training in bullying and harassment and dealing with issues promptly and effectively.
AgSafe has developed these resources to assist agricultural employers in creating their own bullying and harassment policies specific to their workplace.
