This document has been populated with common requirements and information associated with Lockout/Tagout in British Columbia and must be customized to fit the actual hazards applicable to your worksite.

*Lockout means to cut off or STOP all sources of energy and place a lock on equipment to prevent unintended start-ups and to prevent machinery or equipment from being operated.
