Fit for Work for TFWs

Impairment of any kind is a safety issue in the workplace. Employers should review their fit-to-work policy with TFWs. Our Fit for Work package includes a sample policy, signs and symptoms of problematic abuse, and a guide for observing and reporting suspected impairment.

The Fit for Work for TFWs Package is part of the overall Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) Orientation Package, and is for employers who have workers new to their worksite, starting a new task, or need a general refresh about on-site safety.
