Originally from Prince George, Chad now lives in Kamloops with his 2 young children and phenomenal veterinarian wife.

Chad has a PhD in plant sciences and a post doc in cereal crop pathology, in addition to his background in construction.

While completing his PhD, Chad was responsible for lab safety and developed his interest in occupational health and safety at a local cattle ranch in Kamloops. He also has roughly ten years of experience helping out on his inlaws' ranch.

His love of dairies and ranches, as well as a chance encounter with AgSafe's Reg Steward brought Chad into agricultural safety.

Chad is really enjoying his position at AgSafe, especially the opportunity to meet a lot of dairy farmers and ranchers.
