Ron Macc was raised and worked on the mixed farms of Central Alberta. Seeing a need for a safety culture in the workplace came from Ron’s experience in the oil, gas and construction industries and led to formal safety training in 2012.  As an advisor and auditor Ron developed safety management systems for small employers and will assist Okanagan growers and producers in building a path to a safe and healthy work environment.

Ron brings a background in law, real estate and construction to the South Okanagan. A National Construction Safety Officer since 2012 with Auditor Certification and a clear preference for working with growers and producers in the field, Ron offers AgSafe services designed to meet the unique needs and challenges of the agricultural sector.
