Tyler’s experience in safety began in the forestry and construction industry working as a safety coordinator. He later moved on to working with a safety consulting firm that helps multiple industries with their safety programs, providing training and conducting COR audits.

He then started his own company where he continued working in multiple industries as a safety advisor, aiding companies with their safety programs, providing training and completing COR Audits.

Tyler is an external auditor through multiple COR certifying partners such as AgSafe BC, Safety Driven, BC Construction Safety Alliance, BC Forest Safety Council, and a MAG Auditor. He has multiple years of experience in providing training and is a Ives certified train-the-trainer for multiple pieces of equipment.

His experiences in multiple industries such as ranching, forestry, trucking and construction have shown him many times how important safety is in the workplace. He finds it rewarding to help the hardworking producers of the Peace region to be safe and effective in their workplaces. He believes in building safety as a culture within a company and building an effective program that works for the company.

Tyler and his wife Alyssa, and their daughter live in the Farmington area where they enjoy spending time on their hobby farm and exploring the Peace Country. Tyler enjoys spending time in the outdoors hiking and fishing, and is always open to learning new things.
