What is Bullying and Harassment?

Behaviour that humiliates or intimidates. It can come from co-workers, supervisors, employers, or external sources.
Employers must show that they are providing a workplace that is free of abuse by providing training in bullying and harassment and dealing with issues promptly and effectively.
