Employers must show that they are providing a workplace that is free of abuse by providing training in bullying and harassment (B and H) and dealing with issues promptly and effectively. The package includes a sample policy statement, reporting procedures, a worker checklist, an investigation form and procedures. AgSafe BC designed our B and H resources to satisfy the requirements of an ISB audit, including the regulations addressing fear of employer reprisal in the workplace, part of the amendments added in September 2022.
The Bullying & Harassment for TFWs Package is part of the overall Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) Orientation Package, and is for employers who have TFWs new to their worksite, starting a new task, or need a general refresh about on-site safety.
