COR Notice of Audit Activities

The Notice of Audit Activities form initiates the COR Audit process.

When your company has an established Health and Safety Management Program in place and would like to proceed with an AgSafe COR Audit (Small or Large Employer), the Notice of Audit Activities form needs to be filled out and submitted to cor@agsafebc.ca, two weeks prior to starting the audit.
